Sahana Bhaskaran is a student at Wellesley College studying Sociology and Peace and Justice Studies. Originally from Ithaca, New York, she is interested in intersections between race, gender and incarceration. Through her research with UNY-PRC, Sahana hopes to make the public more aware of the deep flaws embedded in the criminal justice system.
