Yakubu Alhassan Zakaria

Yakubu Alhassan Zakaria, a former lecturer at the University for Development Studies in Ghana. Currently, he is a PhD student at Binghamton University. He holds a Master of Philosophy in Development Management and a Bachelor of Science in Development Management. Yakubu has worked with various organizations, including Universal Developers Consultancy and USAID. His research interests include affordable housing, social impact assessment, urban markets, land tenure systems, and critical urbanism in sub-Saharan Africa. He has published in peer-reviewed journals and served as a reviewer for the Journal of Environmental Planning and Management and Journal of Cogent Social Sciences.
